Welcome to The Social Bridge Australia! We are dedicated to connecting young people aged 8-15 years who are neurodivergent or with disability and their families, to foster community engagement and bridge social gaps. Through our programs based in Sunbury and Macedon Ranges, we help participants learn new skills, build friendships, and create connections in a supportive group environment.
